MODEL KLAS FLOOR CABIN SYSTEMS

The door has a hinged system, meaning the door and panels are not on the same straight line. The door operates from the rear, closing over the panels on the right and left.

In standard cabins, the door opening is 64 cm, the door panel width is 70 cm, and the height is 208 cm. The door closes 3 cm above the right and left panels. This excess due to the door panel causes the total length to be approximately 3% higher. The cabins have a panel height of 210 cm + legs + headboard, and the finished cabin height varies between 210 cm and 212 cm. The cabins do not use legs; they are mounted to the floor with U-profiles.

The panels are 12 mm compact laminate. Both surfaces are decorated and offer 100% resistance to water and moisture. They are extremely resistant to scratches and breakage. They have fire-retardant properties. They have hygienic surfaces and do not harbor bacteria. If the panels are also used as 12 mm CDF (Compact Density Fibreboard), they will still have double-sided decoration. However, they may not offer sufficient resistance to water and moisture and may swell over time due to exposure to water and moisture. They are not recommended for areas with high water and humidity. They are scratch-resistant and break-resistant. They have hygienic surfaces, do not harbor bacteria, and have fire-retardant properties.

LOCK
Made from aluminum. It has a matte anodized finish. Designed for use in toilet cubicles with 12 mm compact laminate, 12 mm CDF panels, and other 18 mm panels. It is antibacterial. It has an indicator showing whether the cabinet is occupied or empty via a colored mechanism on the bolt lock. It can be accessed from the outside in case of emergencies. All connecting screws are stainless steel.

HINGE
Made of aluminum, it has a matte anodized finish. Also known as a panel-mounted hinge system, it is designed to overlap the right and left panels by 3 cm and operate behind them. It is designed for use in WC cubicles with 12 mm compact laminate, 12 mm CDF panels, and other 18 mm panels. Thanks to the plastic inside the shaft, the door has a self-closing feature, and can be left open if desired. All mounting screws are stainless steel.

15 cm LEG
Made of aluminum, it has a matte anodized finish. It is mounted to the partition panel, or to one of the wall or middle panels. Designed for use in toilet cubicles with 12 mm compact laminate, 12 mm CDF panels, and other 18 mm panels. It allows cubicles to be mounted 15 cm above the ground. The feet are adjustable to adapt to the slope of the floor. It is antibacterial.

HEADER PROFILE
Made of aluminum. It has a matte anodized finish. It is mounted from the top of cabinets and on the sides of cabinets without walls. It is not suitable for mounting on partition panels. The profile has a thickness of 1 mm – 1.2 mm.

U PROFILE
It is made of aluminum material. It has a matte anodized color. It is used in cabinets between the partition panel and the wall, and between the partition panel and the middle panel. The profile has a thickness of 1 mm – 1.2 mm.

CORNER PROFILE
Made of aluminum. It has a matte anodized finish. Used to join two compact laminate panels at corners in cabinets. The profile has a thickness of 1 mm – 1.2 mm.
