MODEL CLASSIC DOOR SYSTEMS
The door has a hinged system, meaning the door and panels are not on the same straight line. The door operates from the rear, closing over the panels on the right and left.
For standard doors: the door opening is 64 cm, the door panel width is 70 cm, and the height is 181 cm. The door closes 3 cm above the right and left panels. This excess due to the door panel causes the total length to be approximately 6% higher. For doors with a panel height of 183 cm + base + header, the finished door height varies between 194 cm and 199 cm. The minimum wall height must be 205 cm. For doors with a gap between two walls of 92 cm and 94 cm, no base is used. For gaps greater than 94 cm, a total of two bases are used, one on each wall panel. These bases are mounted to the right and left panels of the door. For large doors: the standard door opening is 64 cm, the door panel width is 70 cm, and the height is 208 cm. The door closes 3 cm above the right and left panels. This excess material resulting from the door panel causes the total measurement to be approximately 6% higher. Doors with a panel height of 210 cm + base + header have a finished door height ranging from 221 cm to 226 cm. The minimum wall height must be 230 cm. Regardless of the door width, care is taken to use a total of 2 bases, one on each side of the wall panel. These bases are mounted to the panels on the right and left of the door.
This model is more suitable for factories and public areas with heavy use. It stands out with its durability and aesthetics. The panels are in the CGS - CGF EN 438 - 4 group. The panels are 12 mm compact laminate. Both surfaces are decorated and 100% resistant to water and moisture. They are extremely resistant to scratches and breakage. They have fire-retardant properties. They have hygienic surfaces and do not harbor bacteria. If the panels are also used as 12 mm CDF (Compact Density Fibreboard), they will still have double-sided decoration. They do not offer sufficient resistance to water and moisture and may swell over time due to water and moisture exposure. It is not recommended for areas with water and high humidity. It is resistant to scratches and breakage. It has hygienic surfaces, does not harbor bacteria, and has fire-retardant properties.
