MODEL IDA DOOR SYSTEMS

The door detail is a single-face system, where the door and panels are on the same straight line. The door operates between the overlapping profiles and closes over them.

For standard doors, the door opening is 64 cm, the door panel width is 66 cm, and the height is 183 cm. The door closes onto the overlapping profiles on the right and left. There is no excess length resulting from the door panel. The finished door height, including the panel height (183 cm + base + header), varies between 202 cm and 207 cm. The minimum wall height must be 210 cm.

Regardless of the door width, care is taken to use a total of 2 feet, one on each of the right and left wall panels. These feet are mounted to the panels on the right and left of the door.

In large cabins, the standard door opening is 64 cm, the door panel width is 66 cm, and the height is 210 cm. The door closes onto the overlapping profiles on the right and left. There is no excess length due to the door panel. The finished door height, including the panel height (210 cm + base + header), varies between 229 cm and 234 cm. The minimum wall height must be 240 cm. Regardless of the door width, care is taken to use a total of 2 bases, one on each side of the right wall panel. These bases are mounted to the panels on the right and left of the door.

This model is more suitable for company headquarters, shopping malls, factories, and public areas with heavy use. It stands out with its durability and aesthetics. The panels are in the CGS - CGF EN 438 - 4 group.

The panels are 12 mm compact laminate. Both surfaces are decorated and offer 100% resistance to water and moisture. They are extremely resistant to scratches and breakage. They have fire-retardant properties. They have hygienic surfaces and do not harbor bacteria. If the panels are also used as 12 mm CDF (Compact Density Fibreboard), they will still have double-sided decoration. However, they may not offer sufficient resistance to water and moisture and may swell over time due to exposure to water and moisture. They are not recommended for areas with water and high humidity. They are scratch-resistant and break-resistant. They have hygienic surfaces, do not harbor bacteria, and have fire-retardant properties.

HANGER-STOP
Made of stainless steel, it is extremely resistant to bending. The bottom hook acts as a hanger, while the top hook serves as both a hanger and a stopper. The plastic material at the end of the hook helps to soften and reduce the impact of the door slamming shut. All mounting screws are stainless steel.

HANDLE
It is made of stainless steel. It has a bright stainless steel finish. It can be mounted on both the inside and outside of the door, or just on the outside of the door.

U PROFILE
It is manufactured from aluminum material. It has a bright anodized color. It is used in cabinets between the partition panel and the wall, and between the partition panel and the middle panel. The profile thickness is 1 mm – 1.2 mm.

DOOR BUILDING PROFILE
